Forgotten tools from HP

I have sent my OMEN 16 gaming laptop to HP.

They forgot to delete the hard disk including the tools.
Among other things, the following tools were included, in particular to unlock the BIOS:

• HP Bios Configuration Utility v. 4.0.15.1
  

Locking or unlocking the BIOS is controlled by the text file mpmlock.txt, in which an asterisk is placed in front of the entry:

However, I don't want to simply upload these tools here, as they could play a decisive role in BIOS cracking.

HP BCU is not a classified thing. Also, it's useless in bios cracking. The utility can lock MPM mode, but not unlock it.

MPM unlock disables protection of variables. Thats it.
