Fujitsu D3061-A1 & Xeon E3-1245

Hello. I am not sure if i am supposed to open a new request / thread because I have a related question. Is there any bios of this mobo that could support my Sandy Bridge Xeon e3 1245, because rigjht now I get no response, and looking through the net there seems to be a feeling that only i3/i5/i7 Sandy Bridge cpu's are supported. In my case the corresponding one would have been the i7 2600. Yet I am not sure.

Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU (Xeon E3-1245).

Thanks for the swift answer. Sorry to not having responding earlier but it just happened to be an extremely busy day.
When I had tried to boot with the Xeon the screen was black, the fans were definitely spinning as normal and i do not recall the NUmLock key lighting up. When i tried again the same thing happened.
Now another problem is that i have installed TrueNas and it is not straightforward how to obtain the CPU-Z screenshot . I did try some recommended commands within its own shell, but i do not think that what i get is what you are asking for.
For example, i got :

Getting SMBIOS data from sysfs.

P.S. Can you test your Xeon with other motherboard?
