It mean this bios doesn't contain this feature ,these unlocked options ([censored] sub-menu) almost contain all of features on phoenix type bios.
power on after power loss?? Or you can tell me other key word??

No any features you need found on sub-menu ???

I want to use my notebook board as a server so I need it to start automatically in case of power loss. Without this it is worthless for me :\

You need a ups ,not a bios feature.
