GA-EP45T-UD3LR Unlock And SLIC Please

Hi please unlock and SLIC this BIOS unlock all that can be unlocked and if you can update option ROMS like LAN AHCI RAID it would be great

The Spec is:

LAN is Realtek 8111C

And AHCI RAID is Intel SATA on ICH10R

Heres the BIOS and the intel Sata Option ROM Latest If you dont have
The option ROM For my LAN i dont have

Heres your mod , not that much to unlock but i unlocked what was hidden , updated the RAID to v10.5 but am having some issues trying to get the slic mod working :S
