Hello i have Gigabyte X99-UD4 (X99-UD4-CF) ultra durable, is there a bios editor tool?

I tied the SMBCFG, i could change some thing, except the processor name..
How can i change the processor version?
I tried to change it from regedit, but when i open the CrystalDMI, it can see the original version of processor.
