General method to remove whitelist from Insyde BIOS

Hello, please I need help to unlock bios whitelisting in my sony vaio vpcyb35al, I tried myself but there's no any refernce of chars in the first post, in fact when I put my exp gdc it keeps stuck in a blank screen (tapping pin 22 it overrides but still not detected), the actual way of being detected is making a hotswap just before windows booting

here is the attached files, result.rar has the dumped bios and R0190z7.rar the bios from the manufacturer (but with empty model/serial/uuid if it is full flashed beyond bios area with /all option)

Hi! This method isn't suitable for your bios because in your case is not possibe to find whitelist check on text search. I don't believe anyone has ever found it before, so making a mod based on my own assumptions does not work.

the actual way of being detected is making a hotswap just before windows booting

This proves that the whitelist exists, but finding a way to disable its checking is almost impossible, since even such a common module as "BIOSLock" is missing.
I just hope we find out how to do it right someday.

After all, there was one famous guy (TTAV134) who made mods for Compaq bios, but he had already left the scene.

My laptop model is HP Pavilion dv6-6024tx (https://support.hp.com/nz-en/drivers/sel...el/5079573) and my wifi card Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1000 stopped working. When I try to install any other new card, the system gives an error about replacing it with another one.My Bios is sp55068 F.1B Rev. A Oct 31, 2011 (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-5...p55068.exe). Please help remove the restrictions on installing new wifi cards in Bios.
