Gigabyte GA-B150M-Gaming 3 DDR3 & Xeon E3-1220 v5

Looking for a xeon to buy I found the models available for the LGA1151 on the intel website. I opted to buy the E3 1220 v5 but now that it arrived it doesn't work, the fans spin quickly and stop without giving any signal. can you help me?

My card is a Gigabyte B150M Gaming 3 DDR3 com a bios

Download CSME System Tools v11 and unpack it.
Run \Flash Image Tool\WIN32\fit.exe
Drug and drop your BIOS firmware into Flash Image Tool's window.
Go to Intel® ME Kernel->Reserved
Change a value of Reserved parameter to Yes.
Press Ctrl+B to build modded firmware. Then choose Yes
The file with name outimage.bin is modded firmware.

Use Intel Flash Programming Tool (FPT) to flash modded firmware.
Or flash it by a hardware programmer.

Now I come across another error in the Intel Flash Programming Tool

Wrong version. You need 11.x.x.x from CSME System Tools v11

I used v11, I downloaded it from the link you provided.

I was able to install the bios via boot/afudos, but the xeon still doesn't show

Try do the same with first release BIOS (F1).

I used the same F1, but the xeon does not give a signal, now the led on the board lights up, which did not happen before

After a few attempts I managed to start the xeon but I can only go to the bios, it turns off before the boot screen.  follow image
