Hello, can you reupload BIOS?

I want better fan control, it is posible? Because original BIOS dont want go under 1000rpm, and with watercooling its to dam high.

Man I'm super late to the party.
Just got my hands on the ver 1.0 of this borad its on its away through the post. is there any change I could get a bios unlock for it. Most of the links are dead or locked.
