Guys, could you tell me - has this motherboard (GA-G31M-ES2L (Rev.2.3)) possibility to change HDD mode from IDE to AHCI??

If it's posibly - could you modified BIOS so that the BIOS supports ACHI mode.

Your MB's chipset does not support AHCI. It has the ICH7 southbridge, not the ICH7R or ICH7M. Intel's ACHI chipset listing is found in the following link:
