Gigabyte X58 ICH10R LATEST

Hi 2all
Does anyone know if the latest ICH10R rom works with x58 gigabyte bioses?
For example i want to replace the latest rom to my x58 UD5 motherboard...
I've already tried to add it in a asus P6T WS PRO and a rampage III extreme with no success...

So i wonder if it's a matter of asus or it is intel's id mismatch...that's why i want to see if it plays with gigabyte x58 bioses...
