		Hi!
I've got a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R 2.0 where Intel VT-d cannot be enabled in the BIOS setup. VT-x can be enabled through "MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.)" -> "Miscellaneous Settings" -> "Virtualization Technology".
The most recent BIOS version is FE:

The Foxconn Bloodrage has VT-d options under "Advanced Chipset Features" (which isn't even there in the Gigabyte BIOS):
