[HELP] Downgrading BIOS

Hi!

I has a big problem. I detected a problem on my Mother Board (problems with Hard Drives) and I tried to update BIOS, I think the problems with disks are solved, but now I have new big one.

After BIOS update I can't boot on OS X (I have a hackintosh), so I wanted to downgrade BIOS, but was impossible, I read a lot of tutorials, but the main problem I think it is all are old. When I try to use AFUDOS it say "Error: BIOS does not support AFU." So if I can't use Afudos, what can I use?
My mother board is an Asus P9x79 LE

Hi, I tried but when I try to flash the older BIOS say "The BIOS file is older than the current BIOS."  (Yeah! I know but I want to flash it!   )

Also when I try "Bupdater /oBackup.ROM" it say "The BIOS backup is not supported due to the security policy" 

Any ideas?

It is solved! I used a USB with the firmware and a function of new asus motherboards, that permits to load a new firmware without power on PC
