Hi, have HP 290 G4 Tower Motherboard KENT REV:A M11 need it to support 11700 11th gen Processor. Chipset is H470 although supports 11th Gen but is locked. Would you be able to unlock it? Will attached bios from HP Bios backup.

Post a screenshot of Mainboard tab of CPU-Z.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU.
