The following has 2.0 SLIC and hope someone can help tweak the bios to 2.1 SLIC:

There is no such animal as an MS-7254 on MSI website....

And the reason you cannot flash the bios is this is a ROMPAQ and I have no idea of where you got that bios file which you posted but it is not for your board.

MSI won't list OEM boards on thier site but this is definitely the board in the pc and the bios I posted came from hp's site http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=1844702&prodTypeId=12454&prodSeriesId=1844701&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1093 once you run sp40751.exe, it will install biostools that is located in C:\biostools and in there I was able to get the bios.rom which also has awflash.exe and winflash.exe in the same folder. So is it possible to get this bios to SLIC 2.1?

Just tried it and followed your instructions but still needs activation.

Try this one and if it does not work, give me an RW EVERYTHING REPORT as instructed below....but try this mod first

Do me a favor and issue an RW EVERYTHING REPORT as instructed below:

Download and Install RWEverything from one of the following links:

Open RWEverything.

After RWEverything Opens, click ACCESS - ACPI Tables.

When ACPI Tables opens, click anywhere within the ACPI Window.

Now click CONTROL + F2 to save the entire table.

Save this Report to the desktop WITHOUT CHANGING THE NAME and either attach this file to your post or upload it to one of the following:
www.box.net or www.mediafire.com or www.sendspace.com
