if your new card have same hardware id, u can try this (works with all G60 series with same bios

Insyde Bios firmware F.63 (current)

replace file in your bios and rename it to *.fd name according 2 your bios.

Please excuse my ignorance on this next post, but I am new at BIOS modding.

I plan on flashing the BIOS using a DOS-formatted, bootable USB stick. I have a tutorial on how to do this.

What exactly do I need to do with this .fd file once I download it? Do I need to download a copy of my BIOS and replace something in an editor of some sort? Or do I simply place the file in the right spot on my USB drive and go?
