HP HDX16 bios unlocking

Dear modder

I would like your assistance in unlocking hidden options on my bios. I'm looking especially for fan settings if they can be UNLOCKED or ADDED because my fan stays put and only jumps in when cpu and gpu are already very hot and it rotates at its maximum speed making a lot of noise. In the bios I can only enable or disable "fan always running".
The bios has already had slic2.1 and whitelist removal applied.
