HP ML350 G5 Server - Is this even a "branded" BIOS?

I was going to try and play with BIOS editing myself on this one as I doubt many would want to get involved with such an odd request. I'm not interested in SLIC modding or anything, I just want to try and get to some fan settings.

The problem is I am not even sure what kind of BIOS this is, for all I know it's a completely custom HP coded BIOS. I tried opening it with some of the tools provided but none of them recognize it. For kicks I opened in a hex editor and I didn't come across any clues (not that it would tell me anything anyways, I'm just grasping).

Even just knowing what kind of BIOS this is it would point me in the right direction.
