HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f114dx

I got this laptop and it came with a bad harddisk and originally came with windows 8. i tried to install windows 7 with a oem key but im not sure if half the slic table is missing. im not sure how to mod bioses but i did do the rw dump and looking for a modded bios with the slic 2.1 tables

so 88 views and nobodys said [censored]? can someone at least tell me if the bios is even moddable? someone shed some light on this? not trying to be rude but im seeing this as people see the laptop i posted and their like "fock that" and get discouraged from replying. is their something wierd about this laptop i dont know about?
