HP Pavilion dv6 6134tx bios Advance settings unlock

Really need this InsydeH20 rev 3.5 unlocked for Adavnaced settings, cant seem to boot linux from a USB and im sure its a setting in the bios that is hidden or locked in the advanced settings, please someoe unlock it for me, i really want to boot Linux from a usb.

I put two bios versions, so if the latest is impossible please try the olderr version.
