HP Pavilion dv6233se
#1
Hello,
Hope I am doing this right. My current BIOS revision is F.3E looks like latest is F.43, 3.13M released in 2010.

Would like the SLIC 2.1 for this system please.

Model HP Pavilion DV6233SE
BIOS Type: Phoenix
BIOS Date: December 27th 2007
BIOS ID: F.3E-None
BIOS OEM: F.3E
Chipset: Athlon 1100 rev 0
SuperIO: Unknown
Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
Motherboard: HP Pavilion dv6000 (RP158UA#ABA)

Link to BIOS http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-89406-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&os=2093&product=3340261&sw_lang=

Now to read the tutorials....no option in current BIOS to boot from USB, so will have to work around that if there is a way.

Thanks!

Hmmm....nothing huh?

Would someone point me to a tutorial (beginner level please) so I can try to mod this BIOS myself?

Thanks.

Sweet!

I'll give that a try tonight. Will have to do it from CD though since no USB boot support.

Thanks 555!!!!
