I read somewhere A8 3850 is supported, so i bought a 3850 chip from ebay. I am using a dell 240w power, the 100w TDP should not be a problem. However, when i plug it in, i got this "unsupported cpu error". Can anyone help to modify the bios so the new chip is supported, many thanks.

Run:
SAFUEFI AN2_715.rom /p /b /n /r
and show results.

Or use afudos instead of safuefi:
1. Download AMI Flash Utilities
2. Extract afudos.exe from amiflash\Aptio\afudos\afudos.zip\AfuDos\

So you need modded safuefi, but I haven't it yet.
Or you can flash BIOS mod by hardware programmer.
