HP probook 650 G1 white list removal request

Hello, friends.
I want to install WWAN card Huawei ME906E (SPS# 704031-001) into my HP Probook 650 G1, but it hangs at boot logo. I don't see any messages, because there is no BIOS option to turn off boot logo.

There are 2 .bin files in this updater, depends on platform. According to system information, my Probook uses L77_0123.bin

only sp5xxxx.exe and not all can be modified, sp6xxxx.exe and sp7xxxx.exe
only using HW SPI Programmer can be rewrote !

Sorry, the first BIOS version for this model is sp64078.
If I buy that hardware (CH341A and test clip), you can give me modified sp71050?

When I connect clip to the bios chip, programmer's interface disappears from Windows7 device manager, and programmer software shows "device not connected", and "Detect" button becomes unavailable. Manuals says that there should be no voltage on the chip. Adapter disconnected, battery is removed. It looks like I should disassemble the notebook, to remove bios battery.
