Help! Clone cpu microcode from MSI to Asus bios (both LGA 1155)

Hi, can someone copy the cpu microcode from this board
  7788v22.zip (Size: 3.03 MB / Downloads: 25)

to this board
  MAXIMUS-IV-GENE-Z-GEN3-ASUS-0402.zip (Size: 2.67 MB / Downloads: 5)

Both boards are LGA 1155, but some cpus are only supported in the first board. Note that one is 4MB and the other one is 8MB. Thanks

I have already extracted ncpucode.bin from an Award bios, and I want to place the cpu code to an AMI bios using MMTOOL 4.5. How do I do that?
