Help Remove whitelist Compaq (HP) CQ61-411WM

I just recently upgraded to f.15 from f.13, so I have sp48895. Could you please remove the whitelist or help me understand how to do it so that I can install a new WiFi radio?

So, I tried to use WinHEX and EZH20 to find the 104 and edit its information like another user posted on here, and I could not find any data relating to the wireless network device... I'll continue looking.
