[Help needed]Bios Recovery for HP HDX16t Insyde H20 EFI

Laptop powers up to a black screen and HDD light is flashing orange after failed bios update.

corrent FW revision is F.32A
Tried Insyde H20 bios recovery procedure with no success.
I opened the bios file with andy's tool and the name shown is B.BI
and I opened platform.ini to check the Model number is 361B or 3610
I renamed the 3610F32A.FD to 3610.FD/361B.FD, 3610.BIN/361B.BIN, 3610.ROM/361B.ROM
B.BI, etc

and put them on newly formatted fat32 usb stick.

follow the procedure documented the laptop powers up and shut down after 5-6 seconds on its own and then powers back up again on its own. Then nothing happens after 5-10 mins.

any idea?

For reference, the HDD has been formatted so No HP_TOOLS partition on the HDD. Please help me create a Insyde Bios recovery USBstick so I can recover.
