Help removing system fan check from CQ2009F H-I945-ITX BIOS

Purchased a bunch of these for cheap PC builds.  Everything functions, but there is a proprietary system fan connector.  I have a system fan installed but not connected to the motherboard.

Every time the machine boots, I am presented with the message below.  I dug into the BIOS and found this specific string and strings relating to hardware monitoring, but neither of these are available in the BIOS.  I would assume there is a hidden hardware monitor page that would allow me to disable this checking.  My goal is to allow the PC to boot without any keystrokes needed to get past this message.
