Help with Toshiba a205 sf707

I Just installed a new ssd and it needs to be updated but can not without enabling AHCI. I do not have that option in Phoenix. Is there a workaround. I have seen several threads but nothing on my particular model. If I overlooked something I apolgise in advance. Intel® Core™ Duo CPU T2450 @ 2.00GHz × 2
