Help with removal of whitelist on HP G62 355DX

How do i remove the the whitelist on my hp g62 355dx notebook pc ? I dont know how to do it and i've been looking everywhere to remove it and it isnt coming up with no results.

I downloaded it and used it but it was f.10 which mine is at f.27 and it didn't help me at all because i bought this external graphics card dock and when i use it no matter what even with the f.10 bios my internet wouldn't work at all. Plus when i used that bios it was incompatible with the pc
