Thanks for images, I looked them over in case any was missing that I thought you could see already, none.
Hidden settings I can enable for you are 2 at Advanced >> CPU Config >> C1E setting and CPU TM Setting
Then 2 at Boot >> Boot Settings Config >> Fast boot and Quick Boot settings (if you can't see those already, maybe you can?)

Ohh, one more at Advanced >> Intel VT-D >> Coherency Support

I can update CPU microcodes for you if you want.
