Huananzhi X99-8M-F and Intel Xeon QDCS

Hi guys,
I have an Huananzhi X99-8M-F and I'm trying to pair it with my Intel Xeon QDCS. The board just refuses to boot with QDCS, fan spinning but there's no beep at all. The CPU did heat up however. In CPU-world website QDCS (Intel Xeon 2.3 GHz) (cpu-world.com) it says that the CPUID is 0306F0h, and the 306F0 microcode is missing from my BIOS so I tried adding it, still it doesn't help. I really hope that someone can help me with this case.

So it means I will need another mainboard right? Is there any other thing I could try?
