IBM T60 BIOS flash over Raspberry Pi/ Flashrom stuck.

Hi!
T60 stuck in Bios update in windows 7 over Thinkpad utility, after restart i got one long and two shorter beeps. 
Tried all kind of bootable options, but the laptop couldnt boot up.
Bought Raspberry Pi B, connected it to Bios chip, deleted old rom and got error when trying to flash new rom, mismatch in size, 2048kn(flash rom size) vs bios rom size(2055kb).
That 2048kb size is size of factory rom, while this 2055kb rom is something when using bios update option, so its kinda bigger.
I have my old .rom file, prior to bios update which i stored before flashing from windows, but his size is 2055kb too.

Dont know what to do now.
