INTEL 4965AGN UNSUPPORTED FOR HP DV6810EM

Hi there i have a hp dv6810em laptop and i want to upgrade my wireless card to INTEL 4965AGN. When i place it in and boot my laptop up i get a 104 unsupported device any ideas how to get this working?
