Insyde BIOS request

I couldn't fine a place to make Insyde bios option unlocking requests, so I put it here. I'm not interested at all in SLIC mods. I was able to extract the rom from sony's website here:

using Universal Extractor. Thanks in advance, I'll be praying for a positive outcome.

So that's to say the only thing that can be modified is the SLIC table? No storage, power state, etc? I'm stuck with just VT in my advanced menu? I'm looking at this other forum that has instructions, but I just can't follow. I'll keep trying.
