You'll need to find some way of booting in DOS mode, or you can do it with $20 on tools from ebay,
an simple external programmer and a soic8 test cable for not needing to desolder anything

That seems very hardcore haha. Apparently it will not be possible to boot from usb/dvd since some parameters in bios are activated, such as secure boot blablabla etc. How exactly can I do this procedure? Could you please send me the link of the tools and how to use them?

thanks in advance

Do you really think that I can do this procedure? What are the risks involved?

Thanks for your time Smile

No risks if you manage to backup the content on the eeprom before flashing it...
You can do it if you know to to disassemble the notebook and have a free way into the BIOS chip to plug the test clip

Guys I have bad new Sad

This afternoon I tried to open the notebook and see if I could find the bios chip to make the procedure above. No success because I was afraid removing the motherboard. For my surprise I was playing, when suddenly the notebook shut down by itself. I press the power button and no light or led or any sign of activity. The main problem is that I bought the notebook in Brazil and its too expensive to send it back. I would like to say thanks to everyone for helping me with this problem. But as soon as I get any news I tell you guys

Thanks Smile
