Intel SDM logo removal

I recently picked up an 86" smart screen that was made by a company called Nodes Now that went out of business. The AMI bios has their logo displayed on a black background, on the main display, for 5 to 7 minutes while windows boots in the background. I'm sure to trick customers from knowing it's just a windows PC booting in the background. If I use a second monitor I can see the boot happening like a normal PC. I can access bios using the second monitor and watch windows boot normally. I have removed all other proprietary stuff from them and have a clean install but I can't get this logo gone. It displays immediately when the power button is pressed, no delay then the timer and after that it's a normal Windows PC.

I have used the aptio 5 utility and I think extracted the bios correctly, it creates a rom file and I then loaded that into the ami change logo utility and then saved the splash bmp.  And it is their logo. But I haven't flashed it back in there because I haven't done anything like this before and their is no downloads available to go back to a factory setup from the OEM. I contacted Gigabyte who is the manufacturer of this SDM and they said that specific project was designed and built custom just for that unit.

I can't seem to find a reference anywhere about a logo that can be injected to the SDM and run on a time while a boot is happening. If you guys can help that would be great. What would be needed from me in order to do that?  Thanks for any help you guys can provide!!
