Is there such a way to change VDDP without tweaking on the BIOS itself?

I've a biostar mobo, BIOSTAR B450MH rev 6.0, the BIOS is deffective and i can't change the VSoc voltage or VDDP voltage from there. The VSoc voltage situation i have solved by using Ryzen Master. Is there such a way to change VDDP without tweaking on the BIOS itself?
