After some experiments with injected microcode I think that it's not a microcode's problem.
Xeon X3363 can't boot with all versions of suitable versions microcode: 0xA0E and 0xA0B

I have here SFF DC7800 and i can do some tests with modded bios and different CPUs if anyone is interested.

I have Q6600, Q8200, Xeon 5130, Xeon E5345 and i think Xeon 3000

Is there chance to run any of Xeons on this system and if yes, is there available modded and tested bios?

Xeon 5300 & 5400 series aren't compatible with Q35 chipset.
Xeon 3300 (for LGA771) series can't boot with all versions of suitable versions microcode.
Xeon 3200 & 3300 (for LGA775) series aren't tested, but should work with native BIOS.
All other Xeon for LGA775 & LGA771 has only two cores.

I can confirm that a Xeon 3220 works perfectly in a DC7800 Convertible Miditower, which should have - aside from the form factor - the same motherboard.

Hello!, I got a DC7800 and I bough a Xeon X3363. I tried to download the bios from the previous links but all of them are dead. Is there any chance that somebody still have the bios?. My current bios rev is 1.32.

There is no BIOS with support Xeon X3363.

But this person https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUHwgTg7UV8 managed to boot a DC7800 with a X3363, in my case I just get a black screen.
