Please help me select in bios the "discrete" gpu only. Now i have "integrated" and "switchable" other lenovo laptops have "discrete" as a third option which disables the integrated intel gpu.
Also shared memory option for the integrated gpu are missing.
Is it possible to have the original bios and not his one made by lenovo because so many options are missing.
