Ok friend,
use this guide to prepare an USB Stick Dos Mode to Boot from :

Copy all files from Marker folder into the stick and boot in DOS mode and
then run flash32.bat !

P.S. Disable SecureBoot and Set Legacy Bios USB into your Bios Setup at startup !

You have to Boot from USB Stick not into Windows Desktop !
First go into Bios (pressing F2 or esc or canc) go to modifying Bios
Settings and Disable SecureBoot option, Set Legacy Bios USB and then try to
Boot from USB Stick !
When into Pure Dos on USB so You get C:\ then run flash32.bat

C:\flash32.bat (hit Enter key)
