For those who want to change the wifi card (or already did), I attached the current BIOS for the S205 without wifi card whitelisting and with the hidden menu option from xsmile's first post.

Hi,

i flashed the bios. It works with hidden menu. But i cant get my new wireless card working. Is it possible that the whitelist was incomplete removed?
My new wireless card is Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 Wireless adapter. The old one was an Atheros AR9285.

What card model do you have?

The S205 probably is not fully compatible with newer Intel cards. I tried the Intel 6235 for instance and couldn't get it to work.

BACKUP_Tools12.exe not working in Windows 10.
Universal Bios Backup.rar the results.rar is not being placed on the desktop. Maybe Windows 10 related too. I only have the backed up rom file.

Do i need to run in Windows 7 or 8?

I suggest you try an older Intel card, as I really doubt the new Intel cards will be functional in the S205.

The 6200 seems to work fine, see [1], [2].
