Lenovo Thinkcentre Edge 72 unlock bios

Hello,

after unsuccessful search on internet, i am asking someone to unlock or enable overclocking settings for bios on my pc: 

Lenovo thinkcentre edge 72, i5-3470s, nvidia gtx 960 4 gb, crucial ballistix sport 8 gb.

i could not find out the exact info for my motherboard, cpu-z says it is: 

Manufacturer: Lenovo 
Model: 3484JWG        0B98401 PRO

i really need to squeeze this cpu a bit more.. here is the link to the Bios download from lenovo page:

i have flashed bios before within window os, so give me short instruction how should i do it.
