Lenovo Thinkpad T440p: dump

hello everyone i am new to this forum , i just get a t440p  for almost nothing , i plan to mod the bios but before that i have to dump (i think )  the bios  ,  how to do it on a laptop bios  , i never have to do it  even on a  desktop ?

Your bios is rewrite protected
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

ok so how can i do this , obviously if other poeple with this model have achieve it it is doable   ,  sorry for the question  i hope i am not to rude

i have some kind of experiance in tweaking a already  brand  desktop motherboard  but i can say that i am new to labtop
