Lenovo U510 Bios Recovery

I need Help for recovery my Bricket Bios on my Lenovo U510.

It was Unlocked to Advanced Menu and i have set in IGPU DVMT5.0 the memory to 1024.
And now it is not booting.
I desoldered the Battery and try to reset the (CMOS?)/ Bios but it is Failed.
Then i Try this 3 Guide´s:

My problems are that my file ist a ".ROM" and not a ".WPH" File.
Then the Phenix Crisis Disk Builder take not my "Bios.rom" file, only the "Bios.wph" File.
But i think it is not going working with a renamed File as a convertet File.

The other one is: when i plug in the USB Stick Press "FN plus R"and power on at AC, The Fan ist spinning on maximum and nothing happen.
The other way mith always plugged in AC an press the Buttons,  the USB is on Time Blink and then Reboot......

So that´s for the First time to my Problem.

On Lenovo is better to renunce to Recovery !
Get the Tools and We will Rebuild your Firmware and Recover your Laptop !

Hi there, I am facing the same exact issue. Got the CH341a programmer and flashed successfully with no error but still my laptop is not booting up. Wonder am I using the wrong bios file (see attachment) or have I done it the wrong way, I need help pls if you are so kind as to direct me.
