M2N6B-LA(Narra3)/AMD Phenom/BIOS Upgrade and Unlock

Alright. So, i'm having a problem with my pc where my monitor will not turn on after sleep. I have done some research and some answers point towards a bios update. I went to the Hp website and their bios update does not support the mother board i have.
System Specs:
Hp pavillion m9400f
8gbs ram
AMD phenom 9750 Quad core 2.40 ghz
Motherboard: m2n68-la (narra3)(Ivy8)
Any help??

Bios Version – Phoenix Award V6.00PG
PC - HP Pavilion a6550
CPU – AMD Phenom x4 64 bit (9550)

I’m looking to flash the BIOS (and instructions on how to do that) with the latest BIOS update, *AND* to hopefully unlock the BIOS’s  CPU and Memory screens which are grayed out now, so I can overclock it. I've bought a large heatsink/fan to install to reduce the excess heat, looks like a car part.
