a lot of older bios' have hidden settings which in this case is accessible by the Ctrl+F1 key combination. Although still limited, you can access what I believe to be the FSB setting under the advanced chipset features by using this key combination. Thus far, I was able to get my cpu from 2.6Ghz to 3Ghz. There is no area that lets you set multiplier or voltage however. This key combination also lets you access to some advanced memory settings.
