MOD DELL INSPIRON 7720 BIOS PLEASE

I'm wanting to change a few bios settings that are not available in the inspiron 7720 stock bios.

I would like to disable Hpet as well as adjust my pci latency timer to 32 as I have a fair amount of audio crackling.
