MSI Z690 TORPEDO EK X UNLOCK $

Hello. I need to unlock bios of this board: https://ru.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-Z690-...-X/support
I need all spread spectrum and HPET hidden settings. 
This settings broke my pc, bad timers, all the time statters and HUGE input lag in all games. I can pay for this unlock, pls write here or in discord: dissimilate777
Couse of electricity in my house my pc works like sh*t whole day, huge input lag, bad reg in games, mouse feels floaty and heavy, i want to play with spread spectrum turn off or up this settings, maybe it helps. PC works great only at 5AM in the morning, all other times it super bad. I need all spread spectrum setting, for PCH, PCI-E, BCLK etc. If someone can help pls write me here or in discord. Thnx.

14900kf, MSI RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID X, G.SKILL DDR5 6000HZ. 
Logitech G PRO X superlight 2/razer deathadder v3 pro 8000hz, ZOWIE XL5566K 360hz.

I try everything, ferrites, EMI/RFI filters, a lot of online hight price UPS etc., nothing help with input lag.

This last option that i want to check and if not helps i trying to find new house.

Before i have msi z790 with same problem, x670E with same problem, any of this motherboard can't change spread spectrum, i try 3 different PC with 7950x3d. 3080ti, 12700kf, i change every item but all of motherboards are MSI.
