Mainboard serial change in FUJITSU SIEMENS MAINBOARD

Dear Sir's,
                   I want to change FUJITSU SIEMENS mainboard serial number from whatever to ..CN697029CO0074.
the dots are inclusive.
I want to make this change to run original software which is locked on old main board of dell system on new FUJITSU SIEMENS system.

Dear Friends,
                     I worked on my own but didn't get it done as there was no help.
I used FUJITSU SIEMENS serial change utility but cant get it done as it can only change serial number at asset tag,chassis number and system serial number.
I was not able to change the bios file from FUJITSU SIEMENS which has a strange extension .bup,I was not able to change it to .rom or .wph.
Last thing remaining is to get the bios chip DE-soldered from the board reading it on bios programer and then editing it in phonix editor making the changes and putting it back together on board.The problem it might get a check sum error as the serial number I want to program is bit bigger than the one which is now on the board.
Lets hope for good.
