Ms-6309 v2.0 bios tualatin

Hello, I need to install the tualatin codes in the original bios, can you help me? I recently got a powerleap and I wanted to use the 1400/512/133 now I put it and in the post it hangs up they told me it's because the latest bios doesn't include the tualatin codes and I don't know if you can add the voltages in the bios menu... this is the link
