Need UEFI/BIOS F7 with SLIC 2.1 for GA-H97M-HD3

Please help me with adding slic 2.1 to latest UEFI/BIOS F7 for GA-H97M-HD3 v1.0


-Manufacturer: Gigabyte
-Motherboard Model: GA-H97M-HD3 v1.0
-Bios revision: F7
-Bios Type: AMI
-Slic: Dell/HP/ASUS or some slic 2.1 but not Gigabyte
-Bios Download Link: F7

I recently download and flash F5 version SLIC 2.1 this workd but now I can't flash original newer BIOS's from Gigabyte!
